Our store offers free delivery in Poland for every order* from PLN 300 (promotion introduced until further notice).

*The exception is cash on delivery orders. 

All orders are sent via courier. 

In the event that the order was placed on the basis of prepayment and the parcel was not collected by the ordering party, it will be re-sent only after settling the additional shipping costs and any costs of its return.

In the event of failure to collect the parcel paid on delivery, Looty has the right to demand a refund of the transport costs from the ordering party.

IMPORTANT! We kindly ask you to check the package before collecting it from the courier for damage during transport and its contents in the presence of the courier. If any damage is noted, please draw up an appropriate protocol in the presence of the courier (the courier will have a damage protocol form with him) and immediately send information about this event to the e-mail address info@looty.pl

Complaints without drawing up the protocol in question may not be taken into account.

The service of bringing in

large-sized products is additionally payable and you should report such a need to us for the purpose of pricing.

Delivery time

When browsing our store's offer, please pay attention to the information whether the product is available immediately or to order. Products that we have in stock are sent after the payment is posted, usually on the same or next day after payment. However, if you order a product in a color marked with an asterisk, it is a product to order, then the delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. It often happens that your product will be available faster than the indicated waiting time, so you will receive it faster. To check the exact date of its shipment, contact us and we will give you the nearest availability date.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

We guarantee you the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

To effectively return the received order, send it back, in its entirety, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order together with the receipt and a written declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract (return form), which you will find …

Note! The date of shipment is considered the date of return.

The returned goods should be sent back preferably in the original packaging or in packaging that will ensure safe transport of the products being sent

As soon as the return is delivered to us and the product/products sent in the shipment arrive intact (they will not bear traces of use, will not be dirty or otherwise damaged), the return will be accepted. Therefore, it is important that the return is sent back to us by courier or registered mail, so that you can track the parcel and, in the event of its loss, file a complaint and quickly recover your money.

The refund for the returned goods will be made within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned and undamaged products. We will refund the funds in the same way that the payment for the order was originally made, i.e. by bank transfer or selected payment service. In the case of returning an order paid for on delivery, the refund is only possible via bank transfer.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. The store does not accept cash on delivery. We kindly inform you that return parcels via postal services, notified by courier will not be accepted. Please make returns using the services of courier companies (DHL, DPD, UPS, InPost, GLS, Pocztex).

Remember that the returned goods must be accompanied by a completed return form and receipt. This is very important because without these documents the return may not be accepted!

Returns are not possible for: goods purchased on order

“Free delivery” is a promotion that applies only and exclusively in the case of purchase of goods and no withdrawal from the contract by the Customer within the statutory period of 14 days. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Buyer within the statutory period of 14 days, the funds will be refunded, deducting the amount of the delivery costs of the purchased goods 

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If there is a need to exchange purchased goods, remember that you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to do so. In such a case, please place a new order in the www.looty.pl store and return the old (incorrect) order in accordance with the rules applicable to returned goods.

This is the only possibility of exchanging purchased products.

COMPLAINTS

Upon receipt of the ordered goods, please check the condition and contents of the delivered package in the presence of the courier for damage during transport. Especially if the packaging shows signs of damage.

Complaints resulting from this will only be accepted if the complaint protocol is written in the presence of the person delivering the parcel.
